PT & ME offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.
We may offer a 14-day free trial for new users. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and you will be charged accordingly.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without compensation or obligation to you.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

PT & ME is a software platform only. We do not provide fitness, health, or medical advice. You are solely responsible for the professional services you provide to your clients, including ensuring you have appropriate qualifications, insurance, and certifications.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PT & ME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER ARISING FROM CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR £100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
